Threading
Threading has always been a passion of mine. It is the best solution for women who need a quick, efficient, effective treatment, that takes just minutes and can transform your look. it is very delicate procedure, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin. During this method a piece of 100% cotton thread is used. It is twisted and pulled along the area of unwanted hair, which lift the hair out directly from the follicle. I do a range of hair styles from up dos and big curls, I can recreate pretty much all styles for any occasion to suit your face shape and to go with the look of the outfit, making everything flow and look perfect.
Facial
Each facial treatment will be unique to each individual client by using Dermalogica products for your skin type. We will determine your skin type at the start of your treatment by doing a 5 minute face map. Here your therapist will divide your face into 14 different zones each with its own set of unique concerns. This treatment will also include your cleanse, tone, exfoliant, masque and moisturiser with a pressure point massage to ensure ultimate relaxation. Lash Tint
Eyelash and eyebrow tinting will enhance the general appearance of your eyes and brows. it is particularly beneficial for people who have lighter coloured lashes and eyebrows, and perfect for people with known sensitivity to make up . Waxing
Uzma use Honey strip wax and Lycon hot wax. Strip wax is when a thin layer of heated wax is applied to the skin in the direction of the hair growth. The hair becomes embedded in the wax as it cools and is then pulled off quickly in the opposite direction of the hair growth, taking the hair with it. Hot wax is a recent invention compared to sugaring, it's a lot more gentle on the area being waxed, excellent for underarms, bikini's, brazilians and hollywoods. Professional catwalk make-up is a specialised aspect of make up artistry and as a genre it differs due to the nature of scale, viewpoint, lighting and speed at which the key characteristics of the make up look must be achieved. Often working under time restrictions, achieving a calm demeanour whilst working under pressure is essential in Uzma's role as a catwalk make up artist. Form an understanding of essential backstage etiquette, and the exciting design process which forms the collaboration between make up artist and fashion designer.
